Alguns d\u2019aquests processos revisats, han sigut els seguents:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Implementacio\nde diferents eines per una millora de l\u2019estalvi de l\u2019aigua.<\/li><li>Millora de\nl\u2019estalvi energetic.<\/li><li>Prevencio de\nla contaminacio luminica.<\/li><li>Identificacio,\ngestio i classificacio de residus. <\/li><li>Estudi i\npreservacio de la biodiversitat de la Finca Can Marti.<\/li><li>Foment de\nbones practiques saludables dirigides a la nostra plantilla i a enoturistes que\nens visiten.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquesta distincio va\nneixer de la ma de l\u2019Institut de Turisme Responsable (RTI), organisme internacional\nque promou des de fa mes de 20 anys una nova forma de turisme sostenible. El\nRTI va dissenyar el segell Biosphere per poder certificar la metodologia de\nSistema de Turisme Responsable, procediment dissenyat pel mateix institut que\nmesura el grau de sostenibilitat d\u2019un emplacament, institucio o empresa. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A mes, per poder dotar-li\nd\u2019un valor internacional, Biosphere es la primera certificacio en\nsostenibilitat, en l\u2019ambit mundial, alineada amb l\u2019Agenda 2030 de Nacions\nUnides, agenda que engloba 169 metes i 17 objectius de desenvolupament\nsostenible (ODS).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sostenibilitat i cultiu\necologic, son dos eixos fonamentals de la nostra activitat com a viticultors i\nelaboradors de vins i escumosos Corpinnat. El fruit del treball de tots aquests\nanys i d\u2019aquests ultims mesos, ha sigut aconseguir la certificacio de compromis\nBiosphere, certificacio que s\u2019anira renovant any rere any, amb una unica finalitat:\nmillorar la sostenibilitat del nostre celler i de la nostra Finca Can Marti, amb\nl\u2019objectiu de col\u00b7laborar a construir un mon millor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Torello acredita su compromiso por la sostenibilidad con la certificacion Biosphere<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Con mucha satisfaccion os anunciamos que, esta semana, Torello Viticultors ha recibido la certificacion Bioshpere, certificacion que acredita el compromiso internacional que estamos adquiriendo para mejorar la sostenibilidad de nuestro planeta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La\ncertificacion Biosphere es un sistema integral de gestion, reconocimiento y\ncertificacion de un territorio, destino turistico, empresa, servicio o\nproducto, que se consigue mediante un acompa\u00f1amiento y asesoramiento de\ndiferentes profesionales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante el 2022 Torello ha estado trabajando con el objetivo de revisar y mejorar diferentes procesos de sostenibilidad. Algunos de estos procesos revisados, han sido los siguientes:<br><br> \u2022    Implementacion de diferentes herramientas para una mejora del ahorro del agua.<br> \u2022    Mejora del ahorro energetico.<br> \u2022    Prevencion de la contaminacion luminica.<br> \u2022    Identificacion, gestion y clasificacion de residuos.<br> \u2022    Estudio y preservacion de la biodiversidad de la Finca Can Marti.<br> \u2022    Fomento de buenas practicas saludables dirigidas a nuestra plantilla y a enoturistas que nos visitan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta distincion nacio de la mano del Instituto de Turismo Responsable (RTI), organismo internacional que promueve des de hace mas de 20 a\u00f1os una nueva forma de turismo sostenible. El RTI dise\u00f1o el sello Biosphere para poder certificar la metodologia de Sistema de Turismo Responsable, procedimiento dise\u00f1ado por el mismo instituto que mide el grado de sostenibilidad de un emplazamiento, institucion o empresa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ademas, para poder darle un valor internacional, Biosphere es la primera certificacion en sostenibilidad en el ambito mundial, alineado con la Agenda 2030 de Naciones Unidas, agenda que engloba 169 metas y 17 objetivos de desarrollo sostenible (ODS).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sostenibilidad y cultivo ecologico, son dos ejes fundamentales de nuestra actividad como viticultores y elaboradores de vinos y espumosos Corpinnat. El fruto del trabajo de todos estos a\u00f1os y de estos ultimos meses, ha sido conseguir la certificacion del compromiso Biosphere, sello que iremos renovando, a\u00f1o tras a\u00f1o, con una unica finalidad: mejorar la sostenibilidad de nuestra bodega y de nuestra Finca Can Marti, con el objetivo de colaborar a construir un mundo mejor. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Torello accredits its commitment to sustainability with the Biosphere certification<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>With great satisfaction we announce that, this week, Torello has received the Biosphere certification, a certificate that accredits the international commitment that we are acquiring to improve the sustainability of our planet. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Biosphere certification is an integral system of management, recognition and certification of a territory, tourist destination, company, service or product, that is achieved through the accompaniment and assessment by different professionals. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During 2022, Torello has been working to revise and improve different sustainability processes. Among these revised procedures have been the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Implementation of different instruments for an improved saving of water.<\/li><li>Improvement pf energy saving.<\/li><li>Identification, management and classification of residues.<\/li><li>Study and preservation of the biodiversity of our Can Marti Estate. <\/li><li>Promotion of good health practices directed at our staff and the enotourists who visit us.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This distinction was developed by the Institute of Responsible Tourism (IRT), the international organism that has promoted a new form of sustainable tourism for more than 20 years. The IRT designed a Biosphere seal to be able to certify the methodology of the Responsible Tourism System, a procedure designed by the same institute which measures the level of sustainability of a place, institution or company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What is more, to be able to give it an international value, Biosphere is the first certification in sustainability, at a global level, aligned with the 2030 Agenda of the United Nations, agenda which covers 169 goals and 17 objectives for sustainable development (ODS).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sustainability and organic farming are two fundamental axes of our activity as winegrowers and makers of wines and Corpinnat sparkling wines.
