The best is the tulip glass, which allows the flow of bubbles to be seen most clearly. The driest (Brut Nature and Brut) are recommended as aperitifs and as an accompaniment to meals. The sweeter varieties (Seco and Semiseco) are best with dessert.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00abGran Reserva\u00bb<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The minimum ageing time for Cava is nine months (according to The Cava Regulatory Board). Only when Cava has been aged for more than 30 months can it be called Gran Reserva. This is the best time to drink it.
