Etsuro Sotoo, head sculptor of the Temple of the SagradaFamilia in Barcelona, has dressed the bottle and box of a new Torello Brut Gran Reserva in homage to the Can Marti estate, the origin of our cavas. With this design, EtsuroSotoo has been inspired by natural elements that evoke the most primary and essential of the living process in the making of cava, always through the vision of Gaudi.

The Torello by Etsuro Sotoo Brut Gran Reserva 2010 cava has been made from hand-harvested grapes, Chardonnay (29%), Xarel.lo (26%), Macabeo (24%) and Parellada (21%), from the vines on our Can Marti estate, and has been aged on lees for a minimum of 50 months. It will be available from the month of April 2015.
